neil is the third child alongside elizabeth and skyler. he has a very calculating way of thinking and has internal walls higher than the clouds. raised as a child soldier for the UCA Army, neil was born an angry child and was raised to be an angry weapon.

you can describe neil as "incomplete". he wasnt raised conventionally and was practically born in labs and operating tables. now living a live you could call lavish (after being in custody all your life), he feels an odd sense of confusion about where he should be and who he should be.

but, other than this incompletion, neil is a very determined and even a daredevil at times. he is passionate about what he believes in and, when he finally warmed up to skyler and elizabeth, learned that he would do anything to ensure their happiness and safety. he is very giving; it just took him a bit to learn how to give on his own accord.

as a child the only entertainment was stolen Garfield comics. Garfield is his favorite character :)

neil is the estranged son of the UCA Commander. theyve never met, but he recalls small peaceful moments of her when he was only a toddler. whether he was a sacrifice or a gift for the nation, he was sent to the Science department and was then raised around white walls and vials and IVs. to motivate him, the nurses were told to tell him he is "the one greatest gift to the nation" and "the boy that will finally win this long, long war". during this time his anger festered and waited, and eventually learning he was expendable caused him to lash out and plan an escape. during his escape he suffered a blow to his left shoulder. despite his super healing, he still cannot use it correctly.

during his wander around the multiverse, Tenebris tracked him down and struck the deal. this deal wasnt bloated up with flowery promises and words, because neil knew about Tenebris's intentions and Tenebris knew all too well. Neil is now an enemy and betrayer of the UCA Army, and now an affiliate of the Organization.
